2.4 ข้อมูลอุปกรณ์

• ตัวระบุอุปกรณ์ (สำหรับการวิเคราะห์และโฆษณา)
• เหตุการณ์การใช้งาน — แบบไม่ระบุตัวตน
• รายงานข้อขัดข้อง — ไม่มีข้อมูลส่วนตัว
• โทเคนการแจ้งเตือน FCM

2.5 ข้อมูลการสมัครสมาชิก

• สถานะการสมัครและประวัติธุรกรรม
• เราไม่เก็บข้อมูลบัตรเครดิต — จัดการโดย App Store / Google Play

3. การใช้ข้อมูล

• ให้บริการหลัก: หา เข้าร่วม และเป็นเจ้าภาพแมตช์
• ส่งการแจ้งเตือนแมตช์
• แสดงคะแนนความน่าเชื่อถือให้ผู้ใช้อื่น
• แสดงโฆษณาสำหรับผู้ใช้ฟรี
• วิเคราะห์และแก้ไขข้อขัดข้อง
• ประมวลผลการชำระเงิน Pro

4. การแชร์ข้อมูล

เราไม่ขายข้อมูลส่วนตัว แชร์เฉพาะกับ:

• Firebase (Google) — ยืนยันตัวตน วิเคราะห์ แจ้งเตือน
• Google AdMob — โฆษณา (ผู้ใช้ฟรีเท่านั้น)
• RevenueCat — จัดการการสมัคร
• App Store / Google Play — ประมวลผลการชำระเงิน

5. โฆษณา (ผู้ใช้ฟรี)

ผู้ใช้ฟรีจะเห็นโฆษณาแบนเนอร์และอาจดูโฆษณารับรางวัล โฆษณาจัดการโดย Google AdMob ซึ่งอาจใช้ตัวระบุอุปกรณ์สำหรับปรับแต่งโฆษณา คุณสามารถเลือกไม่รับได้ในการตั้งค่าอุปกรณ์

6. การเก็บรักษาข้อมูล

• ข้อมูลบัญชี: เก็บตลอดที่บัญชีใช้งาน
• การแจ้งเตือน: ลบหลัง 7 วัน
• ข้อมูลแมตช์: เก็บตลอดไป (ไม่ระบุตัวตนหลังลบบัญชี)

PlayIn ("we", "our", "us") operates a mobile application for finding and joining pickup sports games. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data when you use our app.

2. Data We Collect

2.1 Account Data

• Phone number (used for authentication via Firebase Authentication)
• Display name and profile photo (optional, provided by you)
• Sport preferences

2.2 Location Data

• Approximate GPS location (used to show nearby matches and calculate distance)
• Location is requested only when the app is in use (foreground only)
• We do not store precise location history

2.3 Activity Data

• Matches you create, join, or host
• Reviews and ratings you give or receive
• Chat messages within matches
• XP points, level, badges, and reliability score

2.4 Device & Usage Data

• Device identifiers (via Firebase Analytics and Google AdMob)
• App usage events (screen views, feature usage) — anonymous analytics
• Crash reports (via Firebase Crashlytics) — no personal data included
• Push notification token (FCM) for match notifications

2.5 Subscription Data

• Subscription status and transaction history (via RevenueCat)
• We do not store your payment card details — handled by Apple App Store / Google Play

3. How We Use Your Data

• To provide the core service: finding, joining, and hosting matches
• To send match notifications (join confirmations, reminders, cancellations)
• To display reliability scores and ratings to other users
• To show relevant advertising to free-tier users (via Google AdMob)
• To analyse app performance and fix crashes
• To process Pro subscription payments

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

• Firebase (Google) — authentication, analytics, crash reporting, push notifications
• Google AdMob — advertising (free tier only)
• RevenueCat — subscription management
• Apple App Store / Google Play — payment processing

All third-party providers are bound by their own privacy policies.

5. Advertising (Free Tier)

Free-tier users see banner ads and may watch rewarded ads. Ads are served by Google AdMob, which may use device identifiers for ad personalisation. You can opt out of personalised ads in your device settings.

6. Data Retention

• Account data: retained while your account is active
• Notifications: deleted after 7 days
• Match data: retained indefinitely (anonymised after account deletion)
• Analytics: aggregated, no personal retention limit

7. Your Rights (PDPA — Thailand)

Under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA), you have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Withdraw consent at any time
• File a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Committee
